Valencia Bridgeport, Valencia CA 91355 (Santa Clarita Valley)






Thank you for visiting my blog about the Valencia Bridgeport community in Valencia, CA.

Valencia is a
planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Valencia Bridgeport Village, in the heart of Valencia, is comprised of 9 smaller communities. The total community consists of around 800 residences, from condominiums to townhomes to single-family residences. Valencia Bridgeport is a planned community, and it’s center is a man-made lake with miles of nature walking trails.

All the communities in Valencia Bridgeport share a community pool, spa, recreational hall and access to paddle boats on the lake. The community is surrounded by great shopping, restaurants and parks.

The following is more details about each tract within Valencia Bridgeport:


Back Bay – The Back Bay tract consists of 85 two-story, detached, single-family residences with three and four bedrooms, ranging from 1740 to 2415 square feet of living space. The Back Bay homes have traditional, Cape Cod and Spanish style. The Back Bay tract is on the west side of McBean Blvd, off of Avenue Scott.


Cabot Bay – The Cabot Bay tract consists of 77 tri-level, attached town homes with two and three bedrooms, ranging from 1307 to 1680 square feet of living space. The Cabot Bay town homes have a Cape Cod/Colonial style. Each unit has an attached garage and wrought-iron enclosed front patio. These are situation next to the lake, on the east side of McBean Blvd on Bridgeport Lane.





Spinnaker Pointe – The Spinnaker Pointe tract consists of 131 units. They are mostly attached two-bedroom condominums with 990 sqft and 1046 sqft models. There are a few 3-bedroom townhomes in Spinnaker Point with 1556 sqft of living space. Each unit has a small balcony and either a detached 1-car or 2-car garage. The 3-bedroom townhomes have attached garages. Spinnaker Pointe is located on the west side of McBean Blvd, off of Avenue Scott.


Stoney Pointe – The Stoney Pointe tract consists of 133, two-story, detached, single-family residences with three and four bedroom models. They range from 2167 sqft to 2272 sqft (with four models.) These homes are considered “Detached Condos” set close to the street with small backyards. The Stoney Pointe tract is located next to Bridgeport Park and Bridgeport Elementary. They are built in Traditional and Mediterranean styles. Many of these homes are located on the paseo (nature walking trails with beautiful views.) Stoney Point is located on the east side of McBean Blvd, between Newhall Ranch Road and Parkwood Drive.



The Colony – The Colony tract consists of 79, two-story, detached, single-family residences with three-bedrooms. They range from 1796 to 2147 sqft of living space (with five models). These too are considered “Detached Condos”. They have small backyards, and many of these homes are situated on the paseo (nature walking trails with beautiful views.) The Colony is a gated community, on the west side of McBean Blvd, off of Avenue Scott.


The Cove – The Cove tract consists of 86, two-story, detached, single-family residences with three and four bedrooms. They range from 2377 to 3278 sqft of living space (with around six models.) These homes have private yards, and many of these are facing the Bridgeport Lake. The Cove is located east of McBean Blvd, off of Bridgeport Lane.



The Island – The Island tract is a gated community, consisting of 80, two-story, detached, single-family residences, with three to six bedrooms. They range from 3084 to 4538 sqft of living space. The Island homes are located on the Bridgeport Lake, with most of the backyards dipping into its waters. The Island is on the east side of McBean Blvd, off of Bridgeport Lane.



The Landing – The Landing tract consists of 77, two-story, detached, single-family residences, with three and four bedrooms. They range from 2748 to 3255 sqft (with around five models.) These homes are next to the Bridgeport Lake and many of the homes front yards are off of the lake’s shore. The homes have white picket fences and they are next to the community pool, spa and recreational hall. The Landing is on the east side of McBean Blvd off of Edgewater Lane.


Waterford – The Waterford tract consists of 67, tri-level, attached town homes. There are three models, a 1844 sqft 3-bedroom, a 1993 sqft 3-bedroom, and a 2116 sqft 3-bedroom. These townhomes are situated next to the Bridgeport Park, with many having park views. The Waterford town homes are located on the east side of McBean, off of Newhall Ranch and Parkwood Drive.
